Dr. Juan Fajardo
Dr. Fajardo combines advanced clinical training with a patient-first approach, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care. He earned his dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Florida and has advanced training in full mouth dental rehabilitation, Botox, and implantology. He is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Dr. Fajardo has a special interest in oral surgery and esthetic dentistry and enjoys providing solutions that can immediately improve a patient’s comfort, function, and smile.
Dr. Fajardo believes oral health is closely connected to overall health and is committed to providing honest, patient-centered care. He enjoys working alongside the Oasis Dental team, where a family-like atmosphere helps create a welcoming experience for every patient.
Outside the office, Dr. Fajardo enjoys playing sports, working out, and spending time with family and friends, especially gathering together for good food, music, and conversation.
Marietta
Marietta has been a dedicated part of the dental field for 34 years and serves as the Office Manager at Oasis Dental. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while guiding them through the financial aspects of their treatment so they can comfortably move forward with the care they need. Marietta’s favorite part of Oasis Dental is the supportive team atmosphere, the exceptional doctors, and the organized, welcoming environment that makes the office feel like home. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, boating, spending time in her RV, relaxing at the beach, and making memories with her children and grandchildren. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling happy, comfortable, and confident in the care they receive from the entire Oasis Dental team.
Allison
Allison has been a dedicated dental assistant for over 20 years and is passionate about helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and happy with their smiles. She loves creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease—not scared—and treats every visit with kindness and compassion. Allison’s favorite part of working at Oasis Dental is the family-like atmosphere, the relationships she has built with her patients, and working alongside Dr. Fajardo and her amazing team. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time at home with her family and getting together with loved ones.
Diana
Diana enjoys making a positive difference by helping patients feel better and more comfortable during their visits. She values the supportive, family-like atmosphere at Oasis Dental, where everyone works together to provide the best care possible. Diana wants every patient to feel relaxed, welcomed, and at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling with her children, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
Veronica
Veronica has been a valued member of the Oasis Dental team for 3 years. She loves creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Outside of the office, Veronica enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her children. She especially appreciates the close-knit, family-like bond she shares with her Oasis Dental teammates.
